To confirm a reservation requires a 50% downpayment. 

Confirmed reservations will be subject to cancellation and no show charges as follows:

• More than 90 days prior to arrival no cancellation fee.
• Between 90 – 45 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.
• Within 45 days or less from the date of arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• Provisional bookings will be held at the discretion of Kili Villa ltd.
